About the Library

In alignment with the University’s REACH 2026 Strategic Plan, the goal of the Delaware State University Libraries is to provide library resources and services to meet the academic needs of the Delaware State University community, to develop well-rounded and responsible citizens, and to encourage library users to discover their creative capacities. The library is committed to creating an environment for active learning, disciplinary research, and scholarly collaboration which allows the library to provide research resources and to support access by following an anytime, anywhere, any device philosophy. We also encourage members of the public to borrow our physical items. Current locations include the William C. Jason Library on the main campus and the Robert H. Parker Library on the DSU Downtown campus.
