Special Education

This research guide is intended to assist the Education students, faculty and other users that are doing research in Special Education.

Searching our Resources

There are two main ways to search for resources:

  • the universal search, which searches all books, e-books, journals, articles, and more in both DSU libraries and our partner libraries
  • the W. C. Jason catalog which searches only books, e-books, and journals available in the W. C. Jason library

When using the universal search, start with keywords. View our tutorial for more search tips and information about using the universal search.

Search William C. Jason Library Catalog only:

Browsing the Shelves

Books are shelved using Library of Congress Classifications -- books in the same discipline or about the same topic are shelved together. Here are some areas to browse in Special Education related topics. Call numbers starting with 'L' are on the 4th floor of the W. C. Jason Library.
